Information We Collect and Why We Collect It

 

Information You Provide to RCA. We collect certain personal information when you provide it to us, such as when personally identifiable information is voluntarily provided when you use the RCA website, register for a training course, webinar, and/or other event or conference, and when you electronically communicate with us. This information may consist of the following: your name, job title, email address, telephone number, company name, and company address. The information you voluntarily supply will be used by RCA to respond to your inquiries, supply you with requested information on RCA’s services, register your attendance at a training course, and to administratively assist RCA in the future planning and development of RCA events, information, and materials, and to allow the compilation and analysis of statistics. Your information is considered private and confidential and treated with the strictest confidence. We will not sell or divulge any of your private information to any 3rd parties. The information provided in an online registration form or otherwise, as well as information you provide at any time during a training course or other conference, including without limitation any feedback obtained during an event, will be used by RCA to offer, provide, and improve its events and services, unless you indicate in writing that you do not want this information shared. RCA will not, without your consent, disclose your personal information for any purpose unless it would reasonably be expected that such purpose is related to such RCA event or to RCA’s objective to provide and improve future events, or unless such purpose is otherwise permitted or required by law.

 

Information We Collect Automatically. Our web server automatically collects information from your computer and navigation patterns when you visit our site, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the computer’s operating system, the type of browser you use, and the specific web pages visited during your connection. We may also track data such as the total number of visits to our website and the number of visitors to each page of our website.

 

We may use this information, in aggregate form, for system maintenance and to better understand how our visitors use our site and services so that we can make them better. The Company may also share statistical or general information in aggregate form with third parties for marketing or research purposes. This aggregate data will not contain any information that personally identifies you.

 

Information Collected Through Google Analytics. We use a tool called “Google Analytics” and may use other third party analytic tools to collect information about use of the RCA website. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the RCA website and what pages they visit when they do so. To Provide Products, Services, and Information.
