Tayl’r Hollis is a seasoned life sciences professional with over 10 years of experience and a strong reputation for managing and growing successful client relationships. More than six of those years have been dedicated to supporting organizations in the life sciences sector.

As Senior Director of Client Relations at Regulatory Compliance Associates® (RCA), Tayl’r provides expert guidance to clients navigating operational challenges across compliance, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, research and development, and other critical areas of the product lifecycle. She is especially recognized for her leadership of RCA’s Compounding Pharmacy initiative, where she partners with 503A and 503B organizations worldwide to enhance compliance, FDA readiness, and operational performance.

Tayl’r is service-oriented and performance-driven, known for her consultative approach, strategic thinking, and ability to proactively solve problems while maximizing resources. Her passion lies in helping clients stay ahead of evolving regulatory expectations through practical, results-driven support.

She holds a Master of Science in Athletic Administration from Mississippi College and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University.
