Joel Ellis has more than 20 years of business development and executive sales experience. As a Regulatory Compliance Associates^® Sr. Director of Client Relations, he will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities and building strong, client-focused, relationships.

A servant leader with a keen business acumen and strategic mindset with a “People First” leadership style. Joel has the exceptional ability to connect, engage and leverage key thought leaders. He is experienced in generating revenue and boosting corporate performance while transforming organizations through executing strategic marketing plans across medical brands and products.  

Joel has extensive experience in contracting for clinical trials, regulatory, and Quality support services in biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and drug/device combination products on a US national and global scale. Before RCA, Joel was a Sr. Director of business development at Medicept for 2 years, the VP of Business development at Oriel STAT A MATRIX for a year, Sr. VP of sales and development at Advantmed for 2 years, Sr. VP of sales a business development at AHAA for 2 years, and the President of Practice Builders for 3 years.

Joel received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming.
