Arno Pantalone has more than 32 years of business development and sales leadership experience. As a Regulatory Compliance Associates® Sr. Director of Client Relations, he will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities and building strong, client-focused, relationships.

Arno is well versed in Medical device, drug, biologic and combination products. His skills include FDA strategic planning, ISO 13485:2016, MDSAP, EU MDR, IVDR, CER Writing, QSR quality system implementation, 510(k) and PMA submissions, Process Validation, FDA-483 review and Warning Letter responses.

His extensive experience in all aspects of global and regional sales management including negotiations, proposals, technical sales, sales team management, and account development. Before RCA, Arno was at Oriel STAT A MATRIX for over 10 years and ended his time there as the VP of Business Development. He ran his own consulting life sciences business for over 11 years, was a Vice President for Imagining Diagnostic Systems for 2 and a half years, a Sales Manager at Instrumentarium Imaging for over 7 years, and started his working career out as a Biomedical Engineer for 5 years.

Arno received his Master of Science (MSRA) in Regulatory Affairs- Medical Device, Drugs and Biologics from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts and served in the United States Navy.
