Eric Januszewski has more than seven years of business development and account management experience. As Regulatory Compliance Associates® Inc.'s Senior Director of Client Relations, he has focused on assisting European medical device and both large and small molecule pharmaceutical companies gain market entry into the United States, helping provide solutions to increase market growth while focusing on quality and compliance. While the focus of Eric Januszewski has generally been on developing the European market, in 2016 he was given the additional territory of Wisconsin and Illinois for special attention in RCA's home region.
His experience includes providing support to a broad range of companies—from startups to multinational corporations—in operations, compliance management, business development, change control processes, and audit preparation.
Eric is fluent in Polish and English and possesses a thorough understanding of Polish business ethics and customs.
Eric resides in the Chicago area.

Sr. Director, Client Relations
As a Sr. Director of Client Relations for Regulatory Compliance Associates®, Erica Burris is responsible for acquiring new business opportunities and building strong, client-focused, relationships.
Erica has 14 years of experience in the fields of capital analytical systems, chromatography equipment, medical devices, and diagnostic testing. Eight of those years being sales focused, Erica had exceeded expectations through funnel management, customer relationships and strategic account planning. She is well-versed in demonstrating products, presenting data and collaborating with clients, suppliers, manufacturing, regulatory, and supply chain sectors.
In her years prior to sales, Erica worked as a Senior Quality engineer for Becton Dickinson. She brings hands on expertise in regulatory and quality engineering, product lifecycle, FDA audits, supplier qualification and continuous improvement.
Erica has a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering with a focus in Bioprocessing from the North Carolina State University and she currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Sales and Marketing Coordinator
As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator for Regulatory Compliance Associates® Inc., Brandon Miller interacts with sales and operations, and is responsible for ensuring that all marketing collateral and other communications reflect RCA’s branding guidelines.
Brandon Miller assists the VP of Client Relations with day-to-day marketing needs including coordinating branded items, optimizing marketing automation and the lead nurturing process, developing relationships with suppliers, as well as managing social media profiles, maintaining website SEO, and analyzing results of marketing campaigns.
Brandon graduated from the University of North Dakota, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Minor in Leadership, specializing in strategic communications, public relations, and brand management. He was selected as one of two Undergraduate Teaching Assistants, serving as a liaison between the professor and students, and providing support for 60 students in and outside the classroom. He was also a member of the Advertising Club, where he developed ad campaigns and ran the student chapter of the American Advertising Federation. At Enterprise Rent a Car, he was recognized as one of the top interns for his sales and customer service performance.
