Stephanie Snead has 13 years of proven expertise in all stages of project management and software development life cycle, from initiation thru analysis to implementation with 13 of those years being in the life science arena.
As a Director of Operations and Client Experience for Regulatory Compliance Associates® Stephanie works to facilitate positive Client experiences and her responsibilities include project scope determination, budgeting, and monitors project execution to ensure client satisfaction and optimum consultant performance.
Stephanie has successfully managed numerous projects and led teams in system & vendor selection, analysis of business requirements, vendor management, system development & implementation with proven experience including roles as a manager, project manager, systems analyst, and systems integrator PC and Unix environments. Leveraging her strengths which include relationship building, verbal and written communications, and superb organizational skills, she is a great fit in assisting and expanded our network of clients.
Stephanie has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Dynamics and a Masters in Information Technology Leadership from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA. She also carries a CIO University Certificate in Federal Executive Competencies.
