Margaret Harvey has over 15 years of proven expertise in all stages of project and program management with a proven history of driving and communicating strong solutions that bridge the gaps between business & technology.

As a Director of Operations and Client Experience for Regulatory Compliance Associates® Margaret works to facilitate positive Client experiences and her responsibilities include project scope determination, budgeting, and monitors project execution to ensure client satisfaction and optimum consultant performance.

Margaret has successfully led cross-functional teams in developing new products, Pre-approval Inspection (PAI) readiness, Global product label change process improvementswith her extensive knowledge and experience of risk identification and mitigation strategies. Her strengths include Project Management/PMO best practices, budget, resource management, building relationships and partnering with internal and external stakeholders, as well as performance tracking.

Margaret has a Business Management Certificate from the University of California – San Diego in La Jolla, CA. She is also a Certified Project Manager by the Project Management Leadership Group (PMLG).
