A Wisconsin native who owns 1/112,015th of the Green Bay Packers (give or take), Brian graduated from UW-Superior with a major in math and got his MBA in operations from the University of Minnesota. Before joining RCA, his career included 25 years in senior engineering leadership roles at Medtronic, GE Healthcare, and most recently, Baxter Healthcare Corp., with experience in all phases of high reliability systems as well as medical product development and deployment. Like most cold weather transplants, Brian enjoys Florida’s year round bass fishing in the lake behind his house. Even when he accidentally hooks one of the neighborhood ’gators. Rick Davis

Unlike most high school kids, this Florida native earned money for college by skin diving for tropical fish among the moray eels, barracudas, and jellyfish. With more than 30 years as a medical device professional, most recently at Baxter Healthcare Corp., Rick’s broad expertise includes quality, engineering, document control, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance, from validation through Six Sigma. His extensive product experience includes a patent for a blood pressure device and ranges from dialysis equipment through ophthalmic instruments and pacemakers.
