When you live in Wisconsin you must become a friend of the ice and snow. For Steve Schultz that includes skiing, snowmobiling, and ice fishing. A graduate of Roosevelt University in Organizational Communication, Steve’s areas of expertise include validation, compliance auditing, facility and mechanical systems, energy efficient and sustainable design, HVAC controls and automation, process management, and project management. After more than 25 years in life science industries, Steve launched RCA with Mitch Januszewski in 2000, believing that good business practices and compliance are interdependent. At home, Steve and his son can be found improving the family’s recreational vehicles. Change the fuel mapping, put in a fresh air intake, and voilà, that personal watercraft can do 76 mph, easy.
