How many presidents and CEOs can fly the company jet? Mitch’s nearly 40 years as a pilot are integral to his business. For him, commercial air travel is neither reliable, economical, nor conducive to working. With the company plane, he can respond more quickly to clients who call today and need RCA's help tomorrow. As a mechanical engineer, he spent more than 25 years in regulated companies like Baxter Healthcare Corp, and survived every type of FDA audit—an asset that was the impetus for his first consulting firm, Oak Grove Technologies, which he later sold. Now in his tenth year as president and CEO of RCA, Mitch continues building relationships with his clients and employees up in the friendly skies.
