When you live in Rome, you do as Romans, right?  For Mike, that means becoming a serious cyclist.  Mike’s many operational roles span Hungary, Norway, Denmark and China.   Living with the locals means commuting via bike rather than car, so it’s no coincidence that Mike is as comfortable on two wheels as in four.  Mike’s background includes a broad base in quality management, operations, certified quality engineering & auditing, and Lean tools for leading firms such as Abbott and Hospira.  During his off hours, Mike can be found crossing the Rockies or doing a century ride (100 miles), of course both via bike.  Mike can be reached at m.silvola@rcainc.com
