Our clients are in the life science industries—pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices. For reasons of confidentiality, we’ll simply say they range from famous Fortune 500 global conglomerates with operations in many countries to respected private equity firms to small, family-owned enterprises. Many are sophisticated multinationals that consult us for their worldwide acquisitions. Others produce proprietary products and are cautiously considering expansion. The first time we get a call, it’s usually because the FDA has sent the CEO a letter. He talks to people he knows and someone gives him our name. Or we hear from a former colleague, now the boss, who thinks he’s sitting on an FDA time bomb. We know they’re feeling the pressure; what should they do, when should they do it, how fast can they get things fixed?
Again and again, our answers to these questions are followed by results that inspire confidence and loyalty from our clients. So when we tell them the threat of a tsunami has passed, they know there isn’t a tidal wave right behind it. |
