Cost of Quality (COQ) is an excellent continuous improvement (CI) management tool that is used to effectively identify, prioritize and then track CI projects.
This half-day course will introduce participants to the various costs of quality. It will explain the role of quality cost management and present a quality cost model. The course will also offer insights into implementation issues.
